Well, there are tons of good websites that gives you a chance to apply online. But what they would do is to seek out all of the possible jobs that are fit for you depending on the descriptions that you will place on their data for your profile. They will then send your profile to this companies with openings to the jobs that you are fit for and then a schedule for interview or exam will be made. What comes next will be entirely up to you but there are also some stuffs online that can tell you what to do from start to finish like cruise line job guide .
Yes you can - I used oDesk.com for the last year and have found plenty of jobs to keep me busy - Currently there are 90+ skill sets and hundreds of positions to choose from.
