Why not it is cheaper, you get all the variety you need, and if you are afraid of someone ripping you off just go to a big web site or company. Of-course there are some thing you better shop for in the old fashion way , like clothes or food, but cell phone ?
Go to a store play with the cell phone and go home and buy it on the net , that is what I always do when it comes to electronics.
