could the reason why the player is constantly buffering have something to do with a firewall or a security issue. Ive tried changing bandwidth, and the bps rate but that doesnt work either. ongoing problem.
Firewall can prevent access to streaming media.
I'm not sure what player you are talking about. However, the most obvious reason is that the server the player is on is just busy. If this occurs for everything you do then your computer needs more memory. If you have enough memory you might want to download the most current copy of the media player, sometimes that will reset things.
