I would love to see a program started like 'random acts of kindness' where doing for others is promoted. I don't quite know how it could be documented, but maybe some tax credits for doing things for others. Bill Clinton wrote the book "giving' and that was a help, but there needs to be more reaching out to the public to help others.

If Americans could all just be a little nicer to each other, we'd be in a better position.
