Things happen in life and sometimes we don't see them coming. It is important to put some cash aside from every job to be prepared for situations such as this. If your parents don't have a problem with you moving back in why worry. Just don't be a burden, assist them as much as you can in whatever way you can. They are getting up in age too!  If my son was 52 & needed  help to get back on his feet I would love to have him home. What kind of relationship do you have with your parents? Are they in a position to have you back?
