Old horror movie title?

40 years ago I watched my first horror movie, and old black & white.  The only things I can remember are a huge old haunted house with someone (maybe a mummy) playing the pipe organ and a get together or party being held on a near-by island.  I think the main character had to take a small boat to the haunted house.  Any idea of a title?

I guessed it was "Friday The 13th"? it was an old tv shows that had been on movie. i hope am right...

The movie I am thinking of, is at least 40 years old.... The Friday the 13th series were all done in  the 1980's or 90's I think?  But thanks for your suggestion
