Old Graphic Designer needs to learn some new tricks HELP

I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1991. I worked for 14 years as a graphic designer for a real estate publication. I was laid off in 2007 and have been unable to find another job as a designer. It seems my expertise is antiquated now. I know Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop.

I need to learn InDesign and web design basics. I prefer to learn on campus from an instructor. I took a two day seminar at Emory for InDesign and it wasn't what I needed.

Does anyone know where I can learn the skills I need to find a job???

I think in the first place you sould try to create some skins and some themes for websites/forums and make them public, then you sould start to create a site and promote it and after that you could make money for creating themes/skins for differite things.

I'm a self taught designer (for web and print), I basiclly downloaded free tutorials and basic css websites and played with them to make my own, I didn't learn much at college, but more off my own back.

If your a good designer start your own website advertising freelance services if your looking to get back into work!
