"What does it profit a man to gain the world if he loses his soul?"

The immediate construction of new nuclear power plants, and the opening of land and seas for oil exploitation.  Redefine the rules for refineries to allow them to operate more efficiently and expand.

Our high oil prices are largely the result of the devaluing of our currency on the international market.  The only way to really fix this is to retire our national debt.  I would prefer to use Ross Perot's method of raising gasoline taxes to reduce the debt.  Which goes against lowering prices at first, but as the dollar becomes stronger over time, gasoline will be cheaper by comparison.
