A:Eventually I did not uninstall and re-install Office, since I read that people who had the same problem didn't find that helpful. I noticed that the problem only happens on my user, but not when I log in as a different user. So what I ended up doing was deleting my user account on the PC, and re-creating that user. This solved the problem for me - hope it does the same for you.
