Czars are Unconstitutional and they have unprecedented power over the goverment. They can do whatever they want and no one can say anything about it and hardly anyone knows about who are these and the power they have over the government. Guess who is giving them all this power!? It wasn't the people who gave them the power. Congress didn't them the power. It was President Barack Obama. There was about 41 Czars as of 9/4/09 and now 40 as of 9/6/09 thanks to us and others who really what is going on. Each one has his/her power over what President Barack Obama wants them to do.
