Obama's Amateur Hour Attempt At Diplomacy Is A Embarrassing Failure !

Amateur hour is showing in Washington! For months I have been signing my posts with, "The MOST inexperienced President in our history, at our MOST crucial time in history!"

I had no idea how true that was until, today when a secret letter sent to Russian President Medeyev, offering to hang the Czechs and Poles out to dry, if the Russians would use their influence with the Iranians to curb their nuclear program was made public!

After the letter was leaked the Russian's basically slapped down Obama's amateur hour attempt at diplomacy, and now our Eastern European allies know that Obama was going to sacrifice them, by not placing a missile defense shield in their countries after they defied the Russians by allowing it!

The Iranians now have even less respect (if they had any to begin with) for Obama, who would rather have someone else do his diplomacy because he can't!

This was the question during the election when Obama said he would talk directly with Achmadinejad! In one of my earlier posts, Henry Kissinger said at that point, that lower level diplomacy is used to "feel" the other party out . Low level offers are made at that level first, that way if they refuse, there  is plausible deniability by both parties and negotiations resume from there.

If the President makes an offer and it is denied, there is no higher level to negotiate at!

Apparently, Obama hasn't figured out that the rest of the world is not as awestruck over him as the Kool-Aide drinkers in America are!

The MOST inexperienced President in history, at our  MOST critical time in history!

How true that is! God Help Us All!

Money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons.

I need you to clarify something for me since there seems to be a discrepancy between members of our military establishment. What are Iran's nuclear capabilities?

That changes by the minute depending on which intelligence or military branch you listen to .They have a delivery system that can reach anywhere in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. They are working on a long range delivery system for down range capabilities. The have enough fissile fuel for at  least one nuclear device right now. 6 months ago it was 18 months to two years away. This tells me intelligence and the IAEA, has no concrete idea what they really have. It is probably a lot closer than they imagined!
