Refundable Tax Credit? is it possible to get a check even if my income is only SS. I want to know what Obama was talking about and what form to fill out
All of the the 2009 refundable tax credits that I am aware of are based on either "EARNED INCOME" , "FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS CREDIT" and the new tax law regarding "EDUCATION CREDITS"! Do you meet either one of these requirements? You need to consult your Tax Professional regarding your personal situation.

PS A refundable credit means it not only will off set your taxes that are due but it is money in your in pocket. FOR EXAMPLE, IT YOU HAVE NO TAXES DUE BUT YOU HAVE A REFUNDABLE TAX CREDIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE THAT REFUNDABLE TAX CEDIT!!!
