American Troops are targeting civilian settlements with suspected insurgents in the midsts of their populations and killing innocent civilians.
The truthful statement for either politician to have made is Yes Sir, Yes Ma'am! We target civilian villages almost every day that have suspected insurgents inside of them and end up killing some civilians too which is unavoidable attacking them from the air were are boys are out of harms way.
Collateral damage is a sad bi-product of war but nessecary if we are going to win this fight with a minimu of our own casualties.

We pay 2 Billion dollars a year to Egypt, which we started doing after Isreal gave them back the rest of the disputed Tabba Resort Area which had been a part of Egypt but was lost to the Israelis after the combined Arab Armies under Egyptian Control and Leadership were beaten back into Egypt and Isreal secured a buffer zone in Egyptian Territory, like they secured a buffer zone of Lebanese and Syrian Territory of which they still hold on today.
The 2 billion paid to Egypt is basically protection money for agreeing not to ever attack Israel again. We will seel Egypt weapons too but old generation ones not the newest most advanced ones we give to Israel.
This is one of many examples of bias towards Israel that favors them that rankles Arabs everywhere.
Lebanon never has a stable enough government after suffering nearly 15 years of civil wars, between muslims, druze, and christians each angry and wanting control of their nation so they can decide policy towards Israel.
Iran and Syria both invest heavily in keeping Lebanon distable by each sending money and equipping large terrorist armies that often fire rockets into Northern Isreal settlements causing Isreal to all so hold on to the Buffer Zone in Lebanon.
Syria does it to keep Lebanon unstable so it can not make a lasting peace with Isreal because Syria also shares a border with Israel.

Human Rights Orginizations have derided Israeli occupation and how they have ruled over Pallestinians with a long list of violations including murder and torture, destructions of homes and wells, against Pallestinians and their families no trial or preceding was ever first brought agains them before doing.
Our government is not Constitutionally allowed to treat any citizen or person even illegally entering this country the way Israel treats it's second class Arab and Pallistinians.
Over the years we have sought sanctions and condemnations as a nation against other nations in the UN for smaller and lesser infractions of human rights than those documented in Israel. We have passed several security council resolutions in the UN that has even allowed us to militarily enforce sanctions in wars in places like Bosnia.
Each of the five nations that sits on the UN Security Council has veto over any sanction. Other Arab and European Nations have tried to sanction Israel dozens of times over the years and impose sanctions for their human rights violations but we always use our Veto power to keep them from being passed or enforced.
Yet we will not hesitate to pass sanctions ourselves against neigboring Arab states for lesser infractions and often have.
The Arab world sees us as unfair and biased and hypocritical and until a lasting solution to the Palastinian Refugee problem and the Golan Heights is reached, the average arab citizen sees us as a friend of their enemy which makes us their enemy.
