Roe v. Wade ain't a law cause Congress didn't write it and no President signed it. That came straight from the Supreme Court and they ain't allowed to make laws accordin to the Consititution. Accordin to the Constitution, Congress makes the laws, the President signs or vetos them and the Supreme Court ensures that the laws that are passed are Constitutional. So, because of the fact that the Supreme Court bypassed the Constitution with that rulin...it ain't a legal law. Plus, abortion is against God's law (thou shalt not kill...and in addition...God's law carries a stiffer punishment for breakin it than man's law ever could). No one has the right to kill another person. Abortion ain't no choice...it's straight out murder.
