The Obama conspiracy, Pakista, Kenya, Indonesia and is he even elligble

Silly woman, oh how I adore you Tippy! You know that is an actual Federal Lawsuit filed by a democrat and Hillary Clinton supporter on Hillary's behalf. The old battle axe really didn't want to not fight at the DNC Convention for the Nomination but Bill and some other's in the party shrewdly didn't want her airing all the dirty laundry and not winning the nominee and tainting Obama from the onset like that.

The reality is the Judge did not toss it out as being any kind of frivolous suit and actually admitted all the allegations into evidence in the proceeding because Mr. Obama and the DNC did not respond to the subpoena to respond in writing or evidence to the charges to have the case dismissed as being frivolous.

Grant it they have an election to run, but the reality this is just an other example of Obama not staying on top of his own game as you will see as I share more of his legislation attempts, that clearly indicate why none where ever made law.

There is really no good managerial excuse for not sending a few well respected lawyers who would have likely down the work pro bono on behalf of Mr. Obama and the party to settle this affair through a dismissal, except for they would prefer not to endure the publicity that in fact would entail.

I can tell you two things though, if any of the accusations are true forensic hand writing analyses of Mr. Obama’s alleged Hawaiian birth certificate to known examples written by the same doctor are going to be something that could prove controversial. If Government experts employed by the Secret Service and FBI find the birth certificate to be genuine, that isn’t going to stop the plaintiff from hiring it’s own expert witnesses to beg to differ and try to create confusion on the part of a jury of Pennsylvanian’s many of who live in that fictional “Real America” Sarah Pallin refers too.

Federal Judges have no sense of humor, they actually do see themselves as an important and vital part to a third branch of government meant to create checks and balances in the system and pursue justice and constitutional justice. Where does an unfavorable ruling get appealed too in a Federal Case, oh that horrible Supreme Court which guess what has not changed towards the liberal side since Gore vs. the United States and George Bush in that controversial 2000 election.

Tippy if you are still laboring under the impression I am some demented Republican operator you are wrong. Those guys wouldn’t want me sitting in the same room with them and I am certainly not operating on their behalf or their agenda.

This is one of two, albeit potentially flimsy things, I have so far identified where an Obama victory would certainly meet some kind of Constitutional Challenge and then it does get kicked into the realm of the guys who weren’t attending Obama rallies and I think you know what that means.

I have a tripple agenda that yes is a bit confusing and unsettling.

One is to forewarn people, I don’t think your guy could get into the office with a landslide, and I think it’s going to go down ugly when they keep him from getting into office whether he legitimately lost the vote, failed to cross some vague or well defined Constitutional hurdle in the process, or was the victim of out and out conspiracy.

Two is a very vain hope that if people just looked at Obama’s actual credentials and lack of legislating talent and the fact he has never governed and can reasonably say as most would a white candidate in those circumstances, oh well, it was kind of a pipe dream wasn’t it, and maybe we were all to wrapped up in the thought of it all and missing the substance of it. I keep telling you Tippy it’s about money and oil dear.

Three is I think some people anticipate it going down ugly, have even planned from the very get go to have something that could go down ugly. Now that explains 600,000,000 million to me. I think they set the poor man up, and well looking at his sloppy legislative attempts where he basically is putting forth theories where he is looking for others to fill in the blanks and do the actual work and logistic and referring them where to insert it, is well, poor work, no ifs and or buts about it, and the fact that even his own democratic colleagues didn’t respond to his invitation through sponsorship to fill in those blanks so he could get some of that nonsense made law is telling.

They knew they had a pretty boy dupe from day one who was swimming waters out side of his league.

I think while they have it going down ugly, they are really going to solve this financial crisis in the ugliest way possible, which according to my research on the matter is the only way possible.

You have to understand honey if Obama wins by any kind of margin they are going to go after him on a minimum of four different things that are going to hold up announcing a winner.

1. Where the six hundred million came from, with his albeit fairly inconsequential and minor ties to convicted American terrorists they are going to get some Federal Judge somewhere to listen to the request to disclose the sources of his campaign money. The accusation is foreign influences may have bought the election.
2. Thanks to Hillary who didn’t want to go down without a fight either you have this very real Federal Law suit pending that will immediately go to discovery requiring Mr. Obama to respond to subpoenas for appearance and to provide documents.
3. Accorn it’s the flimsiest of them all and while they can’t allege out and out voter fraud easily, they won’t have too hard of a time theorizing and finding some sympathy in the fact that some of those fictitious people might have been participants in polls that skewered poll results and caused some people to believe there was no reason to go out to vote. Don’t underestimate its potential honey. The FBI is on top of it for a reason, and it’s not purely a criminal one. Keep in mind every President is alleged to have bowed to Hoover’s blackmail machine except for Nixon and well you see where that got him. Some of the ego maniacal heads of the biggest government agencies do like to imagine and do like to run the country on their own behalf.
4. These wonderful electronic voting machines made in China and South America for stupid and lazy Americans who can not do complicated things like fill in a box with a pencil or push a chad all the way through in their harried and unfocused existences. People are going to be arguing that anything from the typical backdoors all computer programmers install to give them access to computers they design without having to go through security the end users might put in place could have tampered with election results is going to be alleged. On both sides regardless of who wins or looses at the actual voting booths. There is a reason that 3 major Federal Law suits have not been able to break up the Microsoft monopoly dear, when behind closed doors Bill Gate’s says oh by the way, that back door I have in every Windows operating system that makes it impossible for me to not get into any networked computer in Government and Business sure might be something you will lament when I shut down every U.S. Government agency with the click of a button and give away all of Wall Streets money to charity through wire transfers the next. Not to mention the allegations that are going to surface against Republican or Democrat precinct overseers and the various Republican and Democrat State appointed Officials who are going to certify these electronic voting machines results. It’s like utilizing a Las Vegas slot machine to determine an election and well someone thought ahead that poorly but likely that deliberately to have that card.

I know you refuse to get it honey, but I don’t see this election getting resolved election day. I see mechanisms in place to keep it in question for at least weeks if not months. I don’t think a certain segment of the population is going to take that well, I don’t think it’s going to go down nice, and I do think that while all the children are at the least squabbling about it, but in reality fighting over it, when all is said and done, the big surprise happens when they let the cat out of the bad and tell us the world economy is actually bankrupt and all your life’s savings if you were lucky enough to have any are gone except for a regulated insured amount that will be literally millions less than some people thought they had.

I want to be wrong more than you want me to be wrong Tippy, but trust me it’s no ruse to confuse the issues. These are the issues!

Think about it Tippy, I am not asking you to support McCain, or the Republicans.

There a lot of smoke coming from every which direction in this election. The media, the candidates, the parties, the actual Government, there a great big fire somewhere honey.

You can keep telling me you don’t care, God going to look after you. I keep thinking you know some of the Bible’s teachings aren’t bad, like the good lord helps those that help themselves.

Believe me honey the Republicans want as little to do with me as the Democrats.

Bush is your friend. It's hard to understand that unless you are capable of the logic that says, I do not like or trust George Bush, there for I am on gaurd and resistent to anything he says or does.

He is your friend by convincing you that is wise to react to him in that way.

Obama is not your friend. You trust him! You aren't inclined to question him. You likely even feel compelled to give him the benefit of the doubt and try just to try.

Obama can get you to willingly go along with things that George Bush could not.

That is what makes Obama dangerous. That wholesale willingness to trust blindly when because of malicious leadership we are on such a precarious precipes.

I don't trust my mother that much let alone a politician that anyone should have that kind of free pass, especially considering they are an established part of the very same government that led us to that precipes.

You don't trust George W Bush and that's good.

You trust Barack Obama and that is bad!!!!!!

People would have been more reluctant to trust McCain had he been elected. There would be more resistence to another clever attempt at malfesance. That would have been making some good out of bad.

Too many people are desirous of trusting Obama carte blanche and that...is a recipe for disaster. That is very bad.

There is little to be gained by rejoicing in the victory over one would be conquerer by the person who conquered them while in the process they have already conquered you.

You are caught up in the paradagim, the idea that someone represents the solution versus the actual solution.

Neither offered the solution. Your trust in Obama is misplaced. It's the very system itself at this point that has to be distrusted, now more so than ever, and making it about the face of the system is what truly enables it to just keep getting worse and worse and worse.

Both parties of government are hopelessly corrupt.
