I can believe this. I listened to all of his campaign speeches and I guess I was one of those bible clinging, pistol toten rural hicks he just doesn't get. He was on national television putting the American people down. Telling them how it is the American peoples fault that the country is in the shape it is and then had the gull to knock us and put us down in foreign countries; by saying that we are arrogant (I think he was looking at himself then). all he does is lie. He is a control freak.

Bright ideas need more than wings, they also need landing gear.
First of all whether or not President Obama placed his hand over his heart for the singing of "our" national anthem or, did not is not proven by this photograph because you do not provide any sound with it, only a visual, so we don't know what song is playing.
And second of all, our national anthem is a long song so if it was being played when this picture was taken he could have realized his error and placed his hand over his heart later during the rendition, but then you do not provide a video of the whole song, just a still shot.
Finally, this photo was taken during the campaign and early on at that since Bill Richardson is still on the circuit, and Hillary Clinton is also shown. There were many reasons at that point as to why Mr. Obama may have been momentarily delayed in raising his hand to his heart.

Kathy, I am not in any wat trying to make you like Obama. But if you respect this country I think you have to respect the man who is running it. I was 100% for Obama, but if McCain would've been elected I would show him respect and try my hardest to support him. I can not express to you how proud I am to say John McCain lives in this country. He risks his life during Vietnam. He is such a hero and I believe he is a very nice person, but I don't agree with his political beliefs. All I'm trying to say is show some respect to President Obama. I give anyone who ran for president in 2008 credit because they knew if they were elected, they were going to be taking on this economy.
