He's a murderer and good riddence. In fairness, he wouldn't have gotten such a stiff sentance if he were Joe Blow.

yes i think it was fair and i know alot of people think maybe this was payback for the slaying of his xwife and her boyfriend butttt... hey it happens i cant say anymore than that because i think he should have gotten the electric chair for 1991 sooo . now hes going to spent probably close to the rest of his life in prison  AMEN

I don't think his original trial should have nothing to do with this one.

and I feel the sentence was to harsh

I think that he was sentenced this way because he got off the first time. This will be sweet justice for some and a cop out for others that feel he was innocent the first time. No one really knows the whole story on either case so he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. But the ones that has suffered the most is the kids.
