OS 10.5 free after October 1st with purchase of IMac?

I've been told that I can get the Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard program for free (and 10 bucks shipping) if I purchased a Mac after October 1st. Can someone tell me the URL for the website in which to order? I can't find it.
