Well you take 1-2 sleeping tablets on a full stomach. You only take them at nighttime or whenever you plan to sleep. When you take this pills you can't go out or drive or anything you stay home. You start to get dizzy and feel very weak.Don't drink alcohol or mix pills.Be careful and only use 1-2 don't use more than that it  can create overdose and have other side effects. You cant take sleeping tablets everyday either its not health. After 2-3 days if they don't take effect see your home docture to get prescribe ones.

Hope this helps.

It should be avoided if at all possible.  Sleeping pills are habit forming therefore after a couple days you will need them to fall asleep on a regular bassis.  The better solution would be to start seeing a therapist or somebody along thos lines and find the root of the problem as it's usually psychological and a result of stress or guilt.

Wink  Headphones: you can listen to music you like or keep other noise out.

Payaso has alot of good points there. I don't know your allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, etc.. so I am going to say speak to your dr. and leave it at that.

When you have chronic persistent insomnia which is affecting your day-to-day activities.  As a rule, I try to stay away from them and instead try to get to the bottom of what is going on with my life--stress caused by work or personal life, not getting enough exercise... but I when I haven't had more than 3 hours sleep for several days in a row, I will take one (usually not more as your body can build up a tolerance to any drug and sleeping pills do have addictive qualities).  The use of sleeping medications as well as how many and how often you take them is something you need to discuss with your doctor.  I've also found it helpful to ask the pharmacist I go to to review any side effects with me and also to check to be sure there will be no harmful reactions to combining them with any other meds, vitamins and herbs I may be on.
