OCD

I've heard about OCD hoarding.  What about the opposite - obsessive discarding of things ?

Live life to the fullest.

I've personally never heard of obsessive discarding of things but it sure makes for a good argument.

yes, thats me! Not sure if I am that obsessive about it but my father is an obsessive hoarder and I tend to indulge in the opposite. Sometimes I have thrown out things I should have held on to by mistake or unknowingly, oops!

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

I think that would be my ex-wife.

OK, I have OCD really really bad. Discarding OCD is the same thing. You feel stressed like everything is cluttery and you feel scared that itll hurt you. It doesnt make sense but that is how most OCD ppl think. So they throw it all away/
