How do you stop the habit of picking which is related to an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

Its never too late to ask.

OCD as you well know is a mental health issue  that can only be seen,diagnosed, and treated by someone certified as a specialist in the field that covers that issue. I can't imagine anyone providing you with an answer to your question as though you wanted a receipe. Whomever you are concerned with certainly deserves the very best information for possible treatment other than what this website might provide. I hope you will take advantage of the mental health care facilities and docters in your immediate community for a solution to a very troubling matter. I wish you well.
