I enjoy using Yedda to ask and answer medical questions. I previously worked as a nurse but am now based from home - having just completed a long spell of breast cancer treatment.

Life has also been busy lately after the arrival of our new puppy called poppy. She's a black labarador retriever and drives us all crazy at times but we just adore the buzz she brings to the house. Last week she caused me a shoulder injury by tugging when out walking - but I can forgive that for the fun she brings.

Last month my husband invested in the Resperate device for lower blood pressure - and boy is it effective?

I dont think there is any reason not to - unless you are allergic to either fish or milk or both - or unless you just simply dont like the taste

There are no serious, non-religious reasons against combining fish and milk.  However, I recommend you research the negative aspects of dairy products thoroughly and consider removing them from your diet.  Almond- and coconut- milks are good replacements, in my opinion.

NO.......never combine two proteins at the same meal!! the milk will slow down the digestion of anything you eat with it; milk should be consumed by itself..as another person said, milk is really for baby cows, NOT humans; but if you must drink it, drink it alone!!! If you like fish, have it with a nice, big green salad!!..

This combination has been known to cause an upset stomach in some people but if you are not lactose intolerant I would at least try it and see how you feel afterwards. It doesn't affect me.
