I get nose bleeds as well. I went to the doctor who recommended a humidifier, Alkolol (a mucus cleaner), and Ponaris Nasal Emollient. He told me to stop consuming dairy, alcohol, sugar and caffeine. Also by consuming more iron the sinus should go away much faster. If this continues I would go to a doctor.
