The number of new mail is always way off. It says I have 216 new messages when there is only 12. Any suggestions?
The new mail count will reflect the number of new unread messages plus the number of read messages that have been marked "Keep as New" in the AOL Inbox. Is it possible that you have 12 unread messages and an additional 204 that have been kept as new?
