I have just rented a property. My landlady lives in the top half of the house. I rent Downstairs and garden for £695 pcm through a letting agency. I FREQUENTLY find she has been IN to " turn a light off" " close a window " or generally nose around my stuff.I am new to this. Is this normal? legal? is she allowed to do it. What can I do to stop it. Can I get any recourse to what she is doing? I signed a 12 month agreement and she is driving me scatty. can I get out of it? HELP steve_drury@hotmail.com
