I believe North Korea is at critical mass and swift action needs to be taken by the US, Russia, Japan, South Korea and China. I think the LEAST these countries and the UN can do is participate in negotiations, and thats if North Korea would agree. But given their history I certainly wouldn't trust or believe what they negotiated. They would use this time to advance their program even further. I have no doubt they would launch and hit some part of washington state or Canada. Waiting, is not an option. All countries need to act together in a swift and powerful manner.  A nuclear devise would affect all life on this earth. This insane, radical nation needs to be stopped now. This is the REAL threat to the US and all countries.
