Nordic Track Vs Other Types of machines?

I use a Nordic Track and do 60 minutes, 5 times a week. You don't hear much about these ski machines. I have never tried ellipticals that seem to be popular now in gyms. Is one type of equipment that is superior for cardio and calorie burning?

The Nordic Track is a good piece of equipment. However, I am going to suggest that you take a look at getting into indoor rowing. I have used an indoor rower with many, many clients and almost without exception they have all told me that it provided the best cardio workout of any piece of equipment they have used.

There are several brands, but I particularly like the Concept2 Rower. You can check it out at www.concept2.com You can request free information and it will be sent to you.

I use the indoor rower with clients because it provides a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT and combines the ingredients of both cardio and resistance. If you ever try one you will probably be hooked and become a "rowing addict."

Success to you.
