Non functioning floor outlets

One half of all the floor outlets in one room have no power,the other half do yet they are all wired together and have the same circuit breaker which has not tripped.How do I find the fault.THis just recently happened, previous 15 years no problems. thanks george

Hi. Check your CFI wall breaker in the bathroom it is a safty plug inn, sometimes they pop out, just push it back in then check your wall plugs. The other is check your wall breakers and turn them off then tur them back on to make shure they are fully on. Hope this helps.

dear friend

first CUT OFF the power .then check countinuty between outlets by an OHMMETER.

i think there is a break or  cold connect in wires[where two wires jointed eachother]
