No, nokia 6110 is an old model that does not run on Symbian at all.
Nokia 6111 is the new 3G nokia model and it runs S40 3rd edition

Well the 6110 is an older phone, I used it for many years , and it was pretty good, but it is not so advanced to have the Symbian 60 operating system.
