Noisy ankle joints?

Once noisy knuckles were considered an unhealthy noise , but today no physical therapist acknowledge it as a risk of any kind. there are some theories about bubbles of nitrogen or the noise of bones colliding in any case there is nothing to worry about.

And about been strange I will have to quote Albert Einstein who said "Strange is our Situation Here Upon Earth.”

I also have noisy ankle joints and always have had - it was a joke in college that they always knew when I was coming. It's really nothing to worry about though unless the joint is also swollen or painful.

With my surgery from a fall at work that has left me partially disabled I had the opertunity to talk to a specialist. I always had a foot that "popped". The specialist told me it was a muscle (tendon) that stretched over my ankle (like a rubberband). I was told this was no problem to worry about, just that others could hear me coming. climbing stairs always set it off.

Now I'm going through physical therapy & fighting with workers comp (I also was downsized from my job and had to hire an attorney).
