Nintendo DS Game config help

I just purchased Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games for the Nintendo DS. How do I set the language to English? It is defaulting to Italian.

Hmm which one is better in your opinion? I like Super Mario because it looks like a lot fun and is a great remake of an old classic, but I also like Mario Kart because you can play wifi with people Mario Kart. Check my siggy for other sweet DS games too.I say that NSMB is better. It is cheap
