Nikon D5000 Digital SLR Camera w/ 18-55mm VR Lens

What is the difference between Nikon D5000 Digital SLR Camera w/ 18-55mm VR Lens and Nikon D3000 10MP Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX VR Nikkor Zoom Lens? Is there anyone who can tell me where can I get the best deal?

Hey man you gotta make your mind whats ur budget well anytime D5000 is better, you can get great deals at Photography Mania

Hello Praney,

 As far as price, the D5000 is about $800-1,000 more. And as far as a camera system, it's a better camera to build your lenses,etc around too! Also look at the Canon EOS 500D. It seems to me that it is a better camera than the D3000 and as good as and maybe better than the D5000. Here's a great source for information:
