Nikken products?

I am suffering from backaches for a long time know. A friend of mine recommended me some Nikken products. Does anybody here has any experience with them? How does this stuff really work?

My neighbor was helped by a Nikken necklace when she had pains at the back of her neck. Nikken claims that the body can be influenced by  the magnetic field generated by the magnets in their products.
