Nike Free do they work?

I just got a new pair of "Nike  Free" and I was wondering if they do really work ? Do they strengthen you foot muscles?

I love Nike Free.  I do alot of aerobics, running and dancing in them and I find them to be great for everything.  They also look much cuter than regular sneakers. Nike Free provides a fantastic amount of freedom (hence the name) and flexibility for your foot, which in turn strengthens and allows your foot to gain flexibility while you work.  However, I do not recommend them for beginners who want to do strenuous cardio activity, because they do not give the right amount of support for beginners.
