I haven't actually heard or read anywhere how her children, Connor and Isabella, feel about the baby. However, I believe it to be true, that they call Katie Holmes "mom". The children have been living primarily with Tom and Katie in Los Angeles, and are rarely with Nicole, who now lives in Nashville, Tennessee. Katie Holmes has taken on more of a motherly figure in their lives, and so they relate to her more as their mother, than they do Nicole Kidman. I feel that this is sad for Nicole, and have read an interview with her where she states that she plans on getting a second property in LA, in order to be closer to her kids. I hope that this will help her relationship with her children, but for now, I wouldn't be surprised if they are harboring some negative feelings towards the pregnancy.
