According to news reports I have read, in the last 2-3 months, yes.  Prayerfully it is just a rumor about him dating while being married, unless he is dating his own wife!  Adultery is definitely against God's will for marriage, (legal - not play & pretend) husband and wife!!!

As a matter of fact, Sarkozy married Bruni after getting a divorce from his wife. She now goes by Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
