not sure. but i hate the fact that people are blaming him fully* about who else got injured with him. the other kid in the car was under influence and knew what he was doing by taking a damn ride and what could happen.

wether seatbelts or not, same would have happened and the punishments are jail for nick and life from other guy. sad but true. and i do feel sorry for him, but his choice.
