Return to a tariff-based economy; restore the industrial sector; regulate and strictly oversee banks, mortgage lenders, Wall Street brokers and place a $0.25 fee on every stock trade made.  Tax big businesses at 39%, including those with off-shore addresses, and apply large penalties to any company that moves off-shore. Close the tax loopholes so that no big business pays a less than 20% net tax rate.
