If the paper is still printing, each newspaper has their vaults where they keep very old copies for the use of their customers. Therefore, if they are in business you will have an easy time. Just go down to the newspaper with the date and the incident and if they don't have the information in hard edition (printed copy) they will have it on microfish (don't know how to spell this word, sorry.) From the Newspaper or the Library will probably have a paper you can make a copy from.You will have to check with the Library to see if they have them, some do, some may not.
