Since when does a sovereign nation collect taxes for a mere city or foreign state? The politicians jumping on the anti-indian hate train seem to ignore the federal laws that acknowledge the government to government relationship that is the basis for Native trading practices. And no politician has yet to recognize the fact that the fees and taxes already paid by Indian businesses are used to provide health, education and welfare for those tribes, what will take the place of those revenues if the state gets their way?
