Qinghai was part of Tibet for centuries. Tibet ...

Qinghai was part of Tibet for centuries. Tibet belongs to Tibetans! That means all of Tibet not just what Chinese call TAR. My question is as follows. How and why does the world look the other way regarding my sacred country of Tibet? Why, oh please tell me why does the world allow the Chinese to exploit, rape and pillage my country, my people? I just don't understand. I cry and pray everyday for my people, my country, my family, at least the few survivors. My Mother was tortured with a cattle prod in Chinese prison, my Father was killed by Chinese soldiers. In the 1980's my friends brother was shot in the back, he was 8 years old. The world does nothing. We try to understand. We try to remain compassionate. We don't understand. They are renaming streets in Tibet in Chinese and erecting monuments to tell a false story of Tibet. Please tell me why no one helps us. I and my family have no hope, we have lost everything, even the nomads we know have been relocated and are depressed and in apathy. I'm sorry, but I'm desperate and have no where to turn. What did we ever do to the Chinese people to deserve this invasion and occupation and oppression? Why do people in the world put materialism above heart? I want to understand.
