New vinyl windows may be causing my dizziness

can vinyl windows emit toxic fumes under normal circumstances? About the same time as the new windows were installed I started getting dizzy all the time. I went on vacation and the dizziness went away. Four days after returning home, the dizziness has re-appeared. The only change in the house environment is the new windows.
