New toilet , how long to refill the tank

How long do these new 1.6 gallon toilet tanks with a 3 inch flapper  take to refill after a flush, ,I just installed a new one American standard , it seems like it takes long for a smaller tank to fill than my old toilet, maybe its the fill valve they use.
