Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

A:

Diet pills are not only dangerous to your health, but they are not as effective as consumers believe. While most people will lose weight taking the pills, as soon as the person ceases to take the pill, the weight is put back on twofold. This is because the diet pills don't teach a person how to change their bad eating and lifestyle habits, such as eating too large a portion, or not exercising on a daily basis. I think if you're interested in losing weight, you should invest in a nutritionist or books to teach you how to eat better as well as start exercising on a daily basis, whether it be jogging or biking or swimming.
