One of the few times that I smoked was when I worked while in college for the American Cigar Co. as an office boy. At Christmans they gave me a box of cigars. After supper I turned on the TV and lit the cigar and leaned back in the chair. I did not inhale into my lungs but just into my mouth. After a few puffs I tried to get up but couldn't. I consider that one of my more fortunate moments because I never tried to smoke again.

Please, please don't try smoking a cigar. Just don't start smoing anything. It has so many side effects and can cause so many illnesses such as cancer. Your health is your most important asset don't give it up so easily.

Good cigars have exquisite tastes. They are all natural and do not have filters, therefore the nicotine content can be very high. You do not inhale cigars as the nicotine levels will be too high and might make you "drunk". This happens when the nicotine levels in your body are too high. Cigars are puffed to savor the taste and not meant to be inhaled. If you are a new smoker, it is best to start with a mild cigar. If you are a cigarette smoker, puff and remember that you should not inhale as you would be accustomed to with a cigarette.

Cigars for beginners

I'm pretty confused with the big cigar selection available. Would you please recommend one or a few for a beginner?
