Our ePals teacher, Julie from the Philippines, responded this morning on our forum. She writes:
"Hello,
I'm a teacher from Philippines. If you are a new teacher, please try to improve your classroom management and apply different strategies in handling the students.
First, you must have your daily routine, like for example cleaning the classroom before you start and do not take their attendance if they are not following your classroom rules.
If your students are ready, give them a motivational question (Inquiry Approach), catch their attention and give an activity which they are interested in.
Your classroom should be an active and fun learning experience.
Julie"
What other advice do ePals teachers have for Eliza?
