New Aviary owner.

Hi, I bought out a parrot and Macaw aviary, birds, cage etc. I have a pair of african grey congos, the male has a pink like necklace of feathers around his neck. Can anyone tell me what kind he is? Will his off spring have this pink coloring as well? Thank you.
