NEVADA GAMING REGULATIONS . What is the rule regarding whether or not a race & sports book supervisor can or can not open a work station and write tickets. I work in a race & sports book and supervisors are included in partial tip distribution when they open a work station and write tickets. Have been told a new regulation is to take effect soon to prevent supervisors from writing tickets at any time. Is this true or not?
