How do I get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke in a car?
As far as I know it's impossible. The smell just sticks to the fabrics and foam of the seats and you can't get rid of it. Maybe if you change the car seats.
There are many products out there that claim to do so. I did see a sort of a sponge in a car of a friend of mine which had a strong sent which was better then the cigarettes one. It didn't neutralize it completely but it did kind of overcome it.
I think it was aomething like this:

Stop smoking in the car for start and try leaving the windows open for a couple of days to air it out.
A friend of mine used this product to remove smoke smell from a couch, it'll probably work on car sites as well:
