Network solution

I am graphics designer I have a little knowledge about the net working I am working in my office and manage the network. we have a radio link and we get 256 Kb bandwidth and it is connect with a linux server then we distrubute the connection by a 16 port switch and we also using a wireless router to use wifi. my qestion is my home near my office about 0.5 kilometer. Is it possible to connect in my home with a wirless connection to manage the office network. I asked a engineer but he said my it is so expensive, is it ? I want a solution with cheap money. if some one give the solution I will greatfull to him my mail no. rapidgrps@hotmail.com
